From 15th April 2022, fully vaccinated Singapore residents and long-term pass holders arriving via the land checkpoints will no longer need to submit the health declaration via the SG Arrival Card.

Tipping is optional and depends on whether you liked our driver service. As a reference, our popular drivers do get around SGD10-SDG30 as a tip from customers.

You can pay in cash to the driver in Singaporean Dollar. No credit card is accepted.
You can book anytime before the pick-up time. However, most of the time the taxis are fully booked within 3 days so we encourage you to schedule your booking at least 3 days in advance.
No. We provide transfer services from Singapore to anywhere in Malaysia, not only in Johor Bahru.
You can make travel changes 24 hours before the scheduled date. However, the acceptance of the revision will still depend on the availability of the taxi.
No, passengers can remain inside the taxi for the entire journey.
Our taxi charges are per vehicle, not per passenger.
We do charge waiting time, but if you provide us with your flight number, our drivers can monitor your arrival and discuss waiting charges accordingly.
In Singapore, it’s a requirement. We offer child car seats (for children up to 18kg) for an additional SGD 10 each way. We can arrange one child seat per trip due to limited availability, or you can bring your own car seat.
Yes, we offer these services. When booking, please select “Special Request” for Trip Type, and we will provide a customized quotation based on your specific needs.
Tips for applying for Visa On Arrival (VOA):

1. The process typically takes approximately one hour.
2. VOA counters operate 24 hours a day.
3. Payments are accepted by credit card only, and cash is not an option.
4. The VOA fee is RM200 per passenger.
5. Please be aware of an additional SGD30 waiting charge at the VOA office for your journey.
